exams are coming up PAIN and AGONY and SADNESS

i'm gonna have paper based exams next week and i'm scared. i could barely focus on one thing, much less something i don't care enough about. i'm gonna try using those focus apps so i hope they work well. i reaaallllyyyy need some advice on how to stay focused while studying or else i'm gonna explode
